Copytrove — End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (EULA / ToS)

1. Parties

This agreement is between Moontra Software Yazılım ve İnovasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Moontra Software Ltd.) (address: HALKALI MERKEZ MAH. HALKALI CAD. TEKNO PARK İDARE BİNASI NO: 281/23 İÇ KAPI NO: 2 KÜÇÜKÇEKMECE/İSTANBUL, Türkiye; tax ID: 6222607413, tax office: Halkalı Tax Office) ("Moontra Software", "we") and the person who installs or uses Copytrove ("you"). Product name and legal trade name are to be confirmed: [TO BE FILLED: product name / trademark status].

2. Seller: Paddle (Merchant of Record)

When you buy Copytrove Pro from our website, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates) is the seller and the party responsible for payment. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and refunds; Paddle's buyer terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase in addition to this agreement. 3. Scope of the licence

1. Grant: A personal (or, for your own work within one business), non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right to use the software. The software is licensed, not sold.
2. Devices: One Pro licence may be used on up to [TO BE FILLED: number of devices — research suggestion 3; owner decision pending] Macs belonging to the same person. This limit is initially contractual (the software may not technically prevent key sharing); exceeding it breaches this agreement.
3. Prohibited use: Reverse engineering, attempting to obtain source code, cracking/sharing/reselling licence keys, or offering the software to third parties as a service — except to the extent applicable law expressly allows.
4. Third-party components: The software contains open-source components (e.g. GRDB, SQLCipher). Their licence texts are shown in the app under About → Licenses and their own licences apply to them.

4. Free tier, trial and Pro

• Free tier: Core features are free; scope and limits are as shown in the app. Privacy protections (password-manager skip, excluded apps, sensitive-data detection) are also available in the free tier.
• Trial: A 14-day trial of Pro features is offered without a credit card or account. When the trial ends, the app returns to the Free tier. 5. Update entitlement and renewal (optional)

1. A Pro licence includes all updates (including new versions) released in the 12 months after purchase.
2. After 12 months, renewal is optional ([TO BE FILLED: renewal price]). If you do not renew, the app does not stop working: you may keep using, indefinitely, the latest version released up to the end of your update entitlement, and your data is not deleted.
3. There is no automatic subscription. If a separate subscription tier is ever offered, it will be under separate terms and with your explicit consent.

6. Offline licence

The licence key is digitally signed and verified by the app on your device, without an internet connection. Entering the key does not need a network. 7. Your data and privacy

Your clipboard and history are stored encrypted on your device and are not sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

To the extent permitted by law the software is provided "as is", without express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Clipboard managers work with other applications' data; you are responsible for backing up important data. Sensitive-data detection is a helping measure; it is not guaranteed to catch every sensitive item.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moontra Software's total liability arising from this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant licence, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including data loss or lost profit). Liability for intent or gross negligence, and liability under mandatory consumer law, is not limited (Turkish Code of Obligations art. 115 and consumer legislation; for EU consumers, the mandatory provisions of their country of residence). 10. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in the separate Refund Policy and in Paddle's buyer terms.

11. Termination

Your licence may end if you breach this agreement. You may end the agreement at any time by removing the software. Termination does not give a right to a refund beyond the legal/Paddle terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice; the current version is published on the website and in the app. For material changes: [TO BE FILLED: notification method].

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
